However, the naive Simba believes in his envious uncle Scar that wants to kill Mufasa and Simba to become the next king. He lures Simba and his friend Nala to go to a forbidden place and they are attacked by hyenas but they are rescued by Mufasa. Then Scar plots another scheme to kill Mufasa and Simba but the cub escapes alive and leaves the kingdom believing he was responsible for the death of his father. Now Scar becomes the king supported by the evil hyenas while Simba grows in a distant land. Sometime later, Nala meets Simba and tells that the kingdom has become a creepy wasteland. What will Simba do?

Hearing mufasa's voice brings back memories and reminds me of my own late father, rip to all dad's out there and may you all have a blessed day.
This remake was good. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they did this. I went in expecting trash and got something much better. I also seen a lot of people hating on Beyoncé's role but she did good considering she only had like 15 lines lol. Everyone wanna be on hate Beyoncé gang bc she's too "mainstream" but y'all it's okay to like her. Then I seen people Complaining about facial expressions. but it's supposed to be realistic. lions don't make faces guys. Come on now. I was really happy with this remake bc they kept the original storyline and a lot of jokes that were in the original movie along with some new ones that had the whole theater laughing. (Thank you Seth Rogan. However, this movie Is supposed to be for the new generations so they too can have a lion king they love (also because Disney lovesss money lol. Then people talking about It was missing something vocally. Like what. The singers were soulful instead of broadway and it's okay to like new versions of stuff. It was amazing for me to watch and my nephew loved the movie. Singing along to all the music and Dancing. I was thoroughly interested the whole movie and was satisfied that a childhood favorite of mine got done well for a remake. I did take off a star because although they did good I wish there were more of the hyenas and the funny bits from them. But I was overall extremely satisfied.

Plot twist: theyve been singing forever. Guys, all I can hear is “NAAAAH, SO WHEN YAAA, GONNA BUY ME PIZZA BRAH?” Help. Just came home from cinema, it was amazing. Through whole movie I was 5 year old boy again. Love this Movie 😍 I can watch it over N over again; it always feels like the first time I watched it. Such amazing message! 💖 Remember who YOU are 🦁. Best Movie Intro EVER. Hi I am in love with lion King. It is a huge impact on me and forever to. They watered this down in the 2019 version. I'm honestly disappointed. All Subtitles. They better include the slow-mo fight between Simba and Scar. Just saying. Iconic as hell.
